White Fine-Celled Finishing Mudsponge

The White Fine-Celled Finishing Mudsponge made with a tight-cell material and is less absorbent than the Blue Workhorse. It is excellent for finishing work, final detailing, and clean-up of surfaces. This MudSponge won’t pull out grog or other materials in the clay body. Think of it like a chamois sponge.

Natural sponges have been used by potters for years. However, the quality of natural sponges can be inconsistent. Because Mudtools aim to be conscious about the long-term effects of the materials we use on our planet, MudSponges are made of a biodegradable, environmentally friendly, incredibly durable material.

Each MudSponge is shipped compressed for the economy of space and for the fun of watching them expand when first dipped in water.
