SHIPPING & DELIVERY

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders up to 30kg will be sent to you as a package by DHL. Orders up to 60kg will be sent to you as 2-3 separate packages by DHL. Orders from 60kg are usually sent by truck. We reserve the right to transport fragile or bulky goods under 60kg by truck.

HOW MUCH DOES THE TRANSPORT COST ME?

For packages up to 30 kg, the following flat rate applies irrespective of the actual weight of the contents:

Transportation by truck is based on the currently valid ASTAG tariffs of the Swiss commercial vehicle association. It depends on the weight of the order as well as the delivery location.

Packaging price per parcel:
1   -    4  kg   CHF  3.-    excl. VAT
5   -   19 kg   CHF  5.-    excl. VAT
20  -  30 kg   CHF  6.-    excl. VAT

CAN I HAVE AN ORDER DELIVERED INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, deliveries into other countries are possible. Please contact us by e-mail or telephone. International orders cannot be placed on-line at this stage.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

The transport company is liable for any damage that occurred during transport.

If a package is damaged, please report the damage to us within 8 days after delivery. Should a truck delivery arrive damaged, please contact the driver directly.

CAN I PICK UP THE ORDERED GOODS MYSELF?

Yes, you can pick up ordered goods yourself. Provided you give us notice you can also pick up your order in the evening, at weekends or on holidays.
