Description
BS27 – Textured stoneware clay with black grog – Perfect for sculptural work
This stoneware clay with black grog (0,5-2 mm) offers a unique surface full of contrast and is perfect for handbuilding, slab, and modeling techniques. Especially with reliefs, sculptures, and textured surfaces, it reveals its full potential.
The added black grog stands out sharply from the clay and creates a dynamic appearance, which develops into a natural look when firing at ca. 1250°C. The structure can be further enhanced by targeted washing out of the grog.
