
Dried and ground clay originating from France.
Similar to clay powder G, art. no. 575, but with a higher red colour.
In glazes: Used as glaze clay in stoneware glazes. Different coloured, matt, effective surfaces can be achieved by adding various metal oxides and raw materials, e.g. with kaolin, quartz, feldspar, wollastonite, boron phosphate, manganese dioxide, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, etc.
